Sashimi Sushi® was first established as a small sushi factory in 1997. Since then, Sashimi Sushi® has grown to become a major sushi wholesale supplier and franchisor of Sashimi Sushi® restaurants all over British Columbia's Lower Mainland. By offering a considerable range of products and services such as sushi & hot meal lunch catering and development of signature products, we continue to expand our already large and diverse clientele.

Due to an increasing demand for Sashimi Sushi® 's products and services, we opened our retail outlet in Lougheed Town Centre in October 2000. This location would be the first of our outlets that will follow throughout the Lower Mainland: Coquitlam Centre, Surrey, Cloverdale, Park Royal North, and Park Royal South. From this rapid development within our company, we created what continues to grow today as a lucrative franchising division, launching our first franchised store in March 2005.

Sashimi Sushi® 's success is proudly founded on its consistent and exceptional food. Our dedicated and creative executive chef, Robert Peck, has specialized in Japanese culinary arts since 1987. He has personally developed all of Sashimi Sushi® 's signature products: Fuji Dressing, Heat-and-Serve Lunches, Hon Nama Salmon, Sushi Mix, Sushi Soy Sauce, Teriyaki Sauce, and Udon Soup Base. In addition, he has had recipes published in KCTV cookbooks (2000 and 2002) and has made an appearance on the City TV show, City Cooks (January, 2003).
